About The Inn:

Shhhhhh...

....Sandlake Country Inn is a secret hideaway, nestled on the awesome Oregon Coast...

We invite you to experience the romance and the seclusion of Tillamook County's finest bed and breakfast inn. Tucked into a bower of old roses on 2-plus acres just off the Three Capes Scenic Loop, we're reserved for lovers of privacy and lovers of nature. Maybe you! Cross over this time bridge into a quieter, unhurried world. No pretense here. Your room is fresh and comfortable with flowers, antiques and art treasures. Enjoy breakfast "en suite."

Christmas morning, 1890, Ezra Chamberlain received an unusual gift: one million board feet of virgin red fir bridge timbers dumped on his beach by a shipwrecked wooden fullrigger, the Struan. By 1894, his neighbor W.C. King lugged enough of the 3 x 12's to his homestead to construct a sturdy farmhouse. Edward and Sarah Allen bought it in 1907 and for 80 years the "old Allen place" stood the test of time with character. Now on the Oregon Historic Registry, it waits to welcome you.
